Residential Tenancy Application

Terms and Conditions (Minimum 60 days stay)

  • Long Term rates are subject to availability
  • Prices are applicable to leases of 60 days or longer
  • Leases are subject to approval of tenants’ application
  • A six (6) week Security Bond and two (2) weeks rent is payable in advance before commencement
  • Rent is payable every two (2) weeks and must be kept two weeks in advance at all times throughout the tenancy
  • Lease conditions apply
  • Whilst utilities are included in rental rates, tenants are responsible for their own internet services
  • Linen & towelling can be provided and new linen & towelling delivered on a weekly basis for an additional fee
  • Rates are noncommissionable
  • Leases will incur a once-off departure clean of $150 plus a charge for the professional cleaning of the carpets upon end / termination of the lease agreement
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
