- Minimum 2 Nights stay required Monday – Thursday.
- Minimum 3 Nights stay required Friday – Sunday.
- Apartment serviced weekly. (excluding weekends & Public Holidays).
- Daily service rates available on application.
- Check-in 2 pm, Check-out 10am.
- Cancellation fees will apply if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Rates based on existing bedding. Cots / high chairs at additional cost.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Additional properties available for longer term stay.
- Strict payment on arrival policy.
- High Season Rates may apply to Clipsal 500, January, March, Easter, and 20-31 December Inclusive.
