Terms and Conditions (Minimum 90 days stay)
- Long Term rates are subject to availability
- Prices are applicable to leases of 90 days or longer
- Leases are subject to approval of tenants’ application
- A six (6) week Security Bond and two (2) weeks rent is payable in advance before commencement
- Rent is payable every two (2) weeks and must be kept two weeks in advance at all times throughout the tenancy
- Lease conditions apply
- Whilst utilities are included in rental rates, tenants are responsible for their own internet services
- Linen & towelling can be provided and new linen & towelling delivered on a weekly basis for an additional fee
- Rates are non-commissionable
- Leases will incur a once-off departure clean of $150 plus a charge for the professional cleaning of the carpets upon end / termination of the lease agreement
